Hooligan started with a simple post in our Prosper community. We roasted it, shared it with our neighbors, listened to their feedback, and kept refining it.
It soon became our signature blend.
The name inspiration actually comes from a song by my favorite band, BTS. The moment we roasted and drank this specific blend, I knew immediately that its bold, rebellious, yet ultra-smooth energy perfectly embodied Hooligan.
To test its wings, we took Hooligan on a taste trial all the way to El Paso back in May when the band played there. The fans absolutely loved it, reinforcing that this was an exceptional specialty coffee. From our hometown neighborhood page to pop-ups and local North Texas markets, it has been loved unanimously by every single person who tastes it. Now, it is officially ready to introduce itself to the rest of Texas.
