Sol means sun, a symbol of warmth, energy, and new beginnings. That’s at the heart of Sol Fuel Coffee: a small batch, woman owned roastery based in Prosper, Texas.

We believe coffee is more than just a caffeine fix. It’s a ritual. A pause. A moment to connect to yourself, to others and to your day. At Sol Fuel Coffee, we roast with intention to fuel what matters most: you.

This story began generations ago
in a kitchen, where mornings started with the rich aroma of freshly roasted
coffee beans and the rhythmic sound of a hand grinder. My grandmother brewed
traditional filter coffee each day, a ritual my mother watched and learned, and
eventually passed down to me. Later, I married into a family with coffee
traditions of their own, where beans, brews, and community were part of daily
life. Over the years, coffee became more than something I enjoyed, it became a
connection across generations, cultures, and continents.

Professionally, I spent over 15
years in corporate America, with a background in science and engineering. But
as time went on, I felt a growing desire to create something of my own,
something with purpose and impact. I took a leap of faith and quit my job;
turning a lifelong passion for coffee into a brand rooted in craft, community,
and connection. That’s how Sol Fuel Coffee came to life, a venture built to
energize everyday moments, starting with a truly great cup of coffee.

Today, we roast in small batches,
staying hands on with every bean, every bag, every blend. No fluff. No
shortcuts. Just honest, fresh coffee made to be savored.
