We source and roast 100% specialty-grade Arabica coffee beans.

Grown at higher altitudes, Arabica beans are celebrated worldwide for producing a exceptionally smooth, sweet, and complex cup. By focusing exclusively on premium 100% Arabica, we ensure that every single signature blend and single-origin lot we craft meets the highest quality standards your morning ritual deserves.

Note that occasionally we will offer other specialty grade coffee options like peaberry, robusta, liberica etc. Products will be labelled.

Think of commodity coffee as mass-produced, commercial-grade coffee focused purely on volume and low costs; often resulting in a bitter, burnt taste that requires heavy cream and sugar.

Specialty coffee, on the other hand, represents the top 10% of coffee beans in the world. It is strictly graded by experts, completely traceable to elite sustainable farms, and roasted in small, intentional batches to highlight its natural sweetness and complex flavors.

Choosing specialty coffee means choosing uncompromising quality and an elevated flavor experience.

At a commercial coffee roastery

Our dedicated physical facility in Prosper is currently under development and preparing for an autumn launch! Meanwhile, we are actively production-roasting on commercial equipment and fulfilling orders locally.

We offer free porch delivery to our neighbors in Windsong Ranch and Artesia, as well as flexible delivery and pickup options across Prosper, Celina, and surrounding areas. All hand-deliveries and pickups are coordinated flexibly by appointment to guarantee peak freshness.

We offer local delivery with the following rates based on distance from our location:

• Within 3 miles of zip code 75078: FREE delivery
• 3–15 miles: $10.00 delivery fee

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Orders outside 20 miles are not eligible for local delivery however message us and we can find a way.

Because we focus on seasonal, micro-lot specialty coffees, our offerings are constantly evolving!

We rotate our global selections every few weeks based on crop freshness and peak flavor profiles, sourcing from premium regions like Costa Rica, Guatemala, Colombia, Peru, Ethiopia, Papua New Guinea, and more. If you see a origin you love, grab it while it's in stock and keep an eye out for our upcoming exclusive micro-batches, like our highly anticipated Tanzania Peaberry dropping next!

We do not add artificial syrups or chemical colorings to our single-origins or signature blends!

Nature does its magic.

Just like fine wine, coffee beans naturally absorb the characteristics of the soil, altitude, and climate where they are grown. When we talk about a "flavor profile" like the bright, fruity complexity of a single-origin or the warm, comforting chocolate depth of a signature blend, we are describing the natural tasting notes unlocked during our meticulous, precision roasting process. Every bag is designed to give you a clean, authentic, and naturally extraordinary cup.

We offer both! You can select your preferred grind style directly on our product pages, or request custom grind profiles for specialized brewing methods when curating a gift box.

Because coffee is a fresh, perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, and all coffee sales are non-refundable.

However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority! If there was an issue with your order, or if your package arrived damaged during local delivery or shipment, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receipt through our contact form below, and we will make it right.
