Every independent coffee roastery has moments that make you stop and realize just how far youâve come.
For Sol Fuel Coffee, one of those moments is bringing our signature Hooligan Blend to the 2026 State Fair of Texas as an official GO TEXAN vendor. What started as a coffee created and tested with our local Prosper community has grown into something much bigger than we ever imagined. Seeing Hooligan make its way to one of Texasâs biggest celebrations is a milestone weâre incredibly proud of and one that makes this journey feel even more special.
How We Got Here
Sol Fuel Coffee began right here in North Texas in August 2025, with a simple goal: roast great coffee and share it with our community.
What began with local neighborhood drop-offs and conversations over coffee has grown into something we could only have dreamed about, a place for Hooligan at the 2026 State Fair of Texas in Dallas.
Seeing a coffee that began in our own community make its way to the State Fair is a milestone weâll never forget.
A Little About Hooligan
If you havenât met our signature blend yet, let us introduce you to Hooligan.
Inspired by a track from my favorite band, BTS, Hooligan was created to capture that same bold, rebellious energy with a smoothness that keeps you coming back for another cup.
Hooligan is a premium 100% Arabica craft roast, with deep notes of chocolate, cocoa powder, roasted almond, and cane sugar, followed by a surprising natural pop of crisp strawberry.
We roast Hooligan to bring out a smooth, balanced cup that works beautifully any way you drink your coffee. Itâs bold enough for a rich espresso, smooth enough to enjoy black, and versatile enough to shine in your favorite morning latte.
Bold. Smooth. A little rebellious.
đȘ What to Expect at the Fair
Youâll find Sol Fuel Coffee on the shelves of the GO TEXAN General Store from September 25 through October 18, 2026.
For this yearâs Fair, we created a custom limited-edition full size Hooligan bag design made exclusively for the State Fair of Texas. These special-edition 12oz bag wonât be available anywhere else; theyâre only available at the Fair.
Every bag is roasted in small batches right here in North Texas, with the same care and attention we put into every Sol Fuel roast. No fillers. No preservatives. No artificial flavorings. Just one ingredient: coffee.
